Stayed in a cozy room with shared kitchens. Breakfast and laundry service provided. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Enjoyed chatting with fellow travelers during communal breakfast. Unique experience compared to my usual stays in self-contained apartments.

I had a very lovely stay, with location in the common area. Helpful staff and plenty of activities. I had quick lunch at Vang Khe, based minute walk from the venue.
I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The accommodation was traditional located next to the center of the historic district around Hoan-Kiem lake, old quarter, and restaurants and eateries, that's what I was expecting. The room was well decorated and the location - incredible. Also, it was based in the old town: )

The staff were amazing, always available on WhatsApp, arranged transfers and gave helpful tips. Short walk to the old town, quiet at night, free laundry, cheap drinks in the honesty fridge. Stayed again after trips.
Oh, and it was a real adventure finding the place, no sign, just a dim sum shop to navigate through.

The location of this boutique hotel was perfect, as it was close to the walking street, old city, and the literature temple. the rooms were beautiful and artistically decorated, with comfortable beds and stylish linen. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with helpful and friendly employees who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the Vietnamese breakfast served every morning was delicious and freshly made, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
There was some noise in certain rooms coming from the small kitchen nearby, which might disturb light sleepers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a homestay in Hanoi, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience. the people working there, especially Lan and her two-woman staff, were truly exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and always had a positive attitude, even though they could only communicate with me. the homestay itself was like a beautiful museum, filled with art created by Lan and her talented husband. Every corner was adorned with stunning sculptures, ceramics, paintings, and drawings. It really felt like I was staying in a private gallery. the breakfasts were delicious, made with the freshest ingredients from the local market. Despite being located in the bustling Old Quarter, my room was equipped with excellent noise-canceling windows, and I even had a charming private balcony overlooking the lively streets. the hospitality at this homestay was unmatched, and I truly felt like a part of the family. Lan, who grew up in Hanoi, was a wealth of knowledge about the city and went above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of her international guests. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful homestay in the future. Cons: Hard to think of anything 😊.

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. the location was ideal, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
Lack of proper signage, making it difficult to find the hotel. Noisy at times due to nearby restaurant and construction.

Location was perfect, close to all major attractions and easy to navigate.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.
